iTrap Worldwide Return & Refund Policy

All iTrap Worldwide preorder items are made as part of limited production releases. Once production has begun, preorder sales are considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections or changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact iTrap Worldwide within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability.

If iTrap Worldwide is unable to fulfill or cancels your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
