Thank you for shopping with iTrap Worldwide. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns: We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact iTrap Worldwide as soon as possible so we can correct the issue.
Final Sale: Items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within the cancellation period provided at checkout. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
